We ask for three days to bake, process and
ship your order. Below is an estimated
delivery schedule. Delivery time may
increase depending on the volume of orders.
Serendipities ships on Monday, Tuesday and
Wednesdays only. Please email us at

SHIPPING
DETAILS
We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only,
via Federal Express, UPS or USPS depending
on the designation. We charge a flat
shipping fee for all orders. Shipping is
$25.00 for all orders $0 - $50; $35 for all
orders $50 - 100 and $45 for all orders over
$100. All orders are shipped
for arrival in 2 days. Overnight and
Saturday delivery is available for an
additional charge; Sunday and Monday
delivery is not available. No deliveries can
be made to PO Boxes and APO locations. We do
not ship outside of the United States at
this time.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
We cannot be responsible for orders received
with incorrect addresses. Keep in mind that
these are perishable products. Any specific
delivery instructions should be noted in the
comments box of the order form.
It is very important to include the
recipients phone number to aid our shippers
in finding the address. Please make sure
that someone will be home. Packages will be
delivered even if there is no one to sign
for it. No credit will be issued if
recipient does not find the package on the
delivery date.
PACKAGING
To insure the freshness and quality of our
gourmet desserts; they are all flash frozen,
and carefully packaged. Cakes and
cheesecakes are shipped with dry ice and/or
gel packs. Dry ice usually evaporates within
12-24 hours (depending on the outside
temperatures). We normally double ship the
ice packs for longer durability. Upon
arrival the products will still be
semi-frozen and can be refrozen or
refrigerated.
RETURN
& REFUND POLICY
The bakery rarely receives negative
feedback, but sometimes we do indeed make a
mistake. Because of the nature of our custom
ordered products (we can't put your cakes
back on the shelf), we no longer give
monetary refunds. We can offer credit for
the products or replace them. A legitimate
explanation is required.
We do not offer credit or replacements if
you give us an incorrect address, if you
fail to open your package upon delivery,
or if you accidentally selected the wrong
dessert upon ordering.
