1. What sweetener do you
use?
Serendipities only uses Splenda to sweeten
our desserts. Splenda has been the best
sweetener in ensuring that our customers do
not have any digestive issues when consuming
our desserts. We do
not use any malitol or sugar alcohols.

request a fat-free version of your desserts.
Yes, Serendipities can make any dessert you
order fat-free. To ensure that we adhere to
your dietary needs, you may note this in the
NOTES field or you can email us at

and request that your desserts are fat-free.

3. Can you replace the sweetener with
another sweetener i.e. honey?
Yes, we can replace Splenda with honey upon
request. We charge an additional $5. To
ensure that we have noted this information
on your account, please input your

1. Do you ship on the same
day I order?
To ensure freshness and superior quality, we
bake all of our desserts on order. We do not
stock any pre-made desserts. We request that
you give us 3 days to process, bake and ship
your dessert.

2. How many days in
advance should I order for it to arrive on a
certain day?
We request at least 3 days to process, bake
and ship your order. This time may increase
if we are experiencing high order volumes.
We experience high volumes around all
celebratory holidays i.e. Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, 4th
of July, etc. To ensure a specific date of
delivery, please email us at

3. Do you overnight
desserts?
Yes, we can overnight your dessert for an
additional $25.00 shipping fee.

soon, can I have it shipped faster?
Yes, we can ensure that you receive your
desserts in a couple of days. It will cost
an additional $15 to rush your order.

We ship via Federal Express, UPS or USPS depending on the designation.
